Refund policy

1. Product Exchange/Return Conditions

  1. Product does not match the order in terms of color, model, size.
  2. Product has manufacturer defects (product quality, damaged packaging).
  3. Products for exchange must be new, intact, not torn or cracked, with no signs of use.
  4. Products must be within the allowed exchange period.
  5. Applies to products purchased online (Website, Facebook, Instagram) - we do not support orders purchased at other locations.
  6. Customers must provide sufficient evidence of product condition (images, video) within the specified time period.

2. Product Exchange/Return Period

Exchange Period: 7 days from the date customer receives the goo 
If exceeding the above specified time, we will not accept product exchanges for any reason.
 

3. Timeline for Processing Customer Returns

Immediately after receiving the exchange product from customers, we will evaluate the product and notify the customer of the results and proposed exchange/return/refund solution within 3 to 7 days.
